Thadeus, of R2R Kids, is a Los Angeles based kids and teens acting coach with over thirty years of experience who understands the camera from both sides of the lens. She is also a virtual coach who is passionate about bringing out the best in kids, teens, and young actors to achieve their dreams and bring to life their beautiful imaginations.

Her current class curriculum, including scene study, improvisation, and commercial audition training with an on-camera technique, is bent on building an environment that cultures students with needed confidence and skills to express themselves to their expectant viewers. She's a versed kids and teens coach delivering the best training methods in developing your children into young actors. She understands that no single method works for every actor, so she tailors her instruction to the students' strengths through practical virtual coaching.

As a former talent agent, she has booked many of her clients on major theatrical productions and national commercials that helped launch their careers. As a mother to a family of young actors, she understands both the agent's relationship with a client and that of the parent to children. She teaches other parents how to help their children quickly learn the necessary skills to get representation, callbacks, avails, and bookings.
